Delivery

The majority of our products are Irish made or supplied from Irish businesses. All products are shipped from our base in North Co. Dublin. The gifts/products are packaged in cardboard boxes which are reused (not recycled), thanks to ReBox a Dublin business.

We ship to all parts of the Republic of Ireland. We don’t currently ship outside of Republic of Ireland.

Orders typically take 1-2 business days to process, and a further 2-3 business days to deliver within Ireland.

Delivery costs are a standard charge of €2.95 for ROI irrespective of size.

For every online order, customers need to provide the correct billing address, as these details are verified during the payments process. Customers can send the gift/product to any address in Ireland by inputting this in the delivery address at checkout

Returns

If you are not happy with your purchase, please let us know within 10 days of receiving your purchase by emailing michael@myeco.ie, and we will arrange a refund or replacement for the item.

The product must be in its original packaging, in re-sellable condition. You must be able to provide proof of your purchase.

Gift cards are not refundable and only regular priced items will be refunded. Items included in offers or sales are non-refundable.
