January 2024 was the warmest January on record.

Global temperatures were 1.66C above the average during pre-industrial times. So, the 1.5C limit has been breached – and a long, long time before it was due to be.

The challenges are now greater than we expected and the consequences are going to be felt more and more each month.

Let each of us take whatever action we can take to help – one less car journey, one less plastic bottle, one less consumed item.
